Senior Manager IT

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Manager – Information Technology (IT) to lead wide technology initiatives and drive digital transformation across the organization.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the company's technology landscape, with a strong focus on Oracle ERP, business applications, IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and emerging AI-driven technologies. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that technology platforms effectively support operational excellence, regulatory compliance, business growth, and innovation objectives.Key Responsibilities Oracle ERP  • Lead the implementation, enhancement, support, and optimization of Oracle ERP systems. • Work closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, Engineering, and Operations teams to improve business processes. • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy, and system governance. • Manage integrations between Oracle ERP and other business applications. • Drive ERP automation initiatives and adoption across business units. Aviation Systems & Operations • Understand airline and aviation business processes, including Flight Operations, Maintenance, Cargo, Ground Operations, Crew Management, and Finance. • Support and manage aviation applications such as AMOS, LEON, Cargo Systems, CRM, and operational platforms. • Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and digital transformation. • Ensure IT systems meet aviation regulatory and compliance requirements. Artificial Intelligence & Digital Transformation • Identify and implement AI-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency and decision-making. • Drive initiatives involving Generative AI, Predictive Analytics, Automation, and Business Intelligence. • Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business performance. • Work with stakeholders to develop AI roadmaps aligned with organizational objectives. Infrastructure & Cloud Management • Manage enterprise infrastructure, including servers, networks, cloud platforms, Microsoft 365, and end-user computing environments. • Ensure high availability, business continuity, and disaster recovery readiness. • Oversee IT asset management, capacity planning, and infrastructure upgrades. • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. • Oracle ERP certifications are highly desirable. • Cloud certifications (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Oracle Cloud) are preferred. Experience Requirements • 10+ years of progressive IT experience. • Minimum 5 years in a managerial role. • Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP implementation and support. • Experience within the aviation, airline, cargo, MRO, or aviation services industry. • Proven experience managing enterprise infrastructure and cybersecurity programs. • Exposure to AI, Machine Learning, Business Intelligence, or Digital Transformation initiatives. • Experience managing multi-country and multi-site operations is preferred. Key Skills • Oracle ERP • Aviation Business Systems • AI & Automation Technologies • Cybersecurity & Risk Management • Infrastructure & Cloud Platforms • IT Governance & Compliance • Project & Program Management • Business Process Improvement • Data Analytics & Reporting
