Solutions Architect

We are seeking an experienced Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale AI, data, and cloud solutions. This role combines deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to define architecture standards, guide engineering teams, and engage with senior stakeholders across complex transformation programs.What You'll DoDefine solution architectures for AI, machine learning, data, and cloud platforms.Design scalable GenAI solutions, RAG architectures, agentic workflows, and LLM integration patterns.Lead architecture reviews and establish technical standards and reference architectures.Collaborate with product, engineering, security, and delivery teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.Drive cloud-native architecture, security, resilience, and data governance best practices.Guide engineering teams on solution design, implementation approaches, and technology selection.Support executive stakeholders with architecture strategy and technology roadmaps.What We're Looking For10+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, Enterprise Architecture, or Software Architecture.2+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions in production environments.Strong experience with cloud platforms, particularly Azure (AWS or GCP experience also valued).Expertise in designing distributed systems, cloud-native applications, and enterprise integration architectures.Experience with AI/ML platforms, data platforms, and modern analytics architectures.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to balance technical excellence with business outcomes.Preferred QualificationsExperience designing and deploying GenAI applications at scale.Familiarity with RAG architectures, vector databases, agent frameworks, and LLM orchestration.Experience in highly regulated industries such as government, financial services, healthcare, or energy.TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent certifications.Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
