The role will lead the development of a digitally enabled, data-driven ecosystem that supports clinical care, research, operations, and commercialization activities.This position will oversee the design and implementation of next-generation digital platforms, AI initiatives, data products, and innovation programmes that position IHLAD as a global leader in precision health and longevity medicine. This position is accountable for translating strategic vision into operational outcomes by overseeing the successful execution of multiple concurrent digital transformation initiatives, ensuring delivery excellence, measurable business impact, and organizational adoption.Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy and TransformationDevelop and execute IHLAD's enterprise digital strategy and multi-year technology roadmap aligned with the organization's strategic priorities.Lead digital transformation initiatives across clinical, operational, research, and commercial functions.Establish digital capabilities that enable precision health, personalized medicine, and preventative healthcare delivery.Evaluate emerging technologies and define strategies for their adoption across the organization.Establish enterprise governance and delivery frameworks to ensure the successful execution of digital transformation programmes.Oversee the delivery of multiple concurrent digital initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities, timelines, budgets, and expected outcomes.Monitor programme performance and implement corrective actions to ensure successful implementation and value realization.Define and track key performance indicators and benefits realization measures for all digital transformation initiatives.Build and develop high-performing digital, data, and innovation teams and establish organizational capabilities that support digital maturity and growth.Digital Platform Development and Product LeadershipLead the design, implementation, and optimization of IHLAD's integrated digital health platform.Develop digital products and services that support patient engagement, precision diagnostics, care coordination, and clinical decision-making.Oversee the integration of electronic health records, wearable technologies, multi-omics platforms, imaging systems, and third-party healthcare applications.Establish scalable, secure, and interoperable digital architecture and data ecosystems.Define product roadmaps, investment priorities, and delivery plans for all digital initiatives.Artificial Intelligence and Advanced AnalyticsLead the development and implementation of IHLAD's Artificial Intelligence strategy and roadmap.Identify, prioritize, and deliver AI use cases across clinical care, research, operational efficiency, and patient engagement.Oversee the development and deployment of AI-driven risk prediction models, decision support systems, and predictive analytics capabilities.Drive initiatives involving generative AI, machine learning, intelligent automation, and advanced analytics solutions.Establish AI governance frameworks, ensuring responsible, ethical, and compliant use of artificial intelligence technologies.Partner with clinical and research teams to identify opportunities to leverage AI in precision medicine and longevity interventions.Evaluate and implement AI tools that enhance workforce productivity, knowledge management, and organizational effectiveness.Data Strategy and Information ManagementDevelop and implement enterprise data strategies that enable data accessibility, quality, governance, and interoperability.Establish real-time data pipelines across electronic medical records, wearable devices, genomics, laboratory systems, and research platforms.Build robust data management frameworks supporting clinical operations, research, and innovation.Ensure data assets are managed in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.Establish key performance indicators and reporting frameworks that measure platform performance, patient outcomes, and business value.Innovation and Strategic PartnershipsLead the organization's innovation agenda and identify opportunities for digital disruption, new business models, and emerging technologies in precision health and longevity medicine.Develop and manage strategic partnerships with digital health companies, technology vendors, cloud providers, universities, research collaborators, and other innovation partners.Oversee vendor ecosystems, including partner evaluation, selection, governance, performance management, and risk oversight.Build innovation frameworks that support experimentation, pilot initiatives, and the rapid scaling of successful digital solutions.Represent IHLAD in external partnerships, conferences, and industry forums related to digital health, artificial intelligence, and innovation.Stakeholder Management and Change LeadershipPartner closely with executive leadership, clinical operations, healthcare delivery teams, research teams, and operational leaders to align digital priorities with organizational objectives and patient care needs.Collaborate with clinicians and healthcare teams to ensure digital solutions are effectively integrated into clinical workflows and enhance patient experience.Drive end-user engagement and ensure digital solutions are designed around patient, clinician, and employee requirements.Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making across the organization.Commercialization and Value CreationDevelop commercialization strategies for digital products, AI-enabled solutions, and data-driven services.Assess opportunities for licensing, partnerships, and monetization of digital capabilities and intellectual property.Build business cases and investment strategies for digital and AI initiatives.Measure and communicate the business impact and return on investment of digital transformation programmes.Governance and ComplianceEnsure compliance with UAE healthcare regulations, ADHICS, HIPAA, and other applicable data privacy and cybersecurity requirements.Establish enterprise governance frameworks for digital products, information management, and artificial intelligence initiatives.Ensure appropriate risk management practices, security controls, and business continuity measures are implemented.Promote ethical, transparent, and responsible use of data and artificial intelligence technologies.Maintain compliance ExperienceMinimum of 12 years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, product management, or innovation roles.At least 5 years of leadership experience managing enterprise digital programmes and cross-functional teams.Demonstrated experience leading AI initiatives and implementing advanced analytics solutions.Experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital health, precision medicine, or highly regulated industries is strongly preferred.Demonstrated experience building, leading, and scaling high-performing digital, product, data, or technology teams.Experience establishing digital operating models and organizational capabilities within rapidly growing or transforming organizations is strongly preferred.Proven experience delivering large-scale, complex digital transformation programmes involving multiple stakeholders and technology partners.Working ConditionsOffice-based roleFrequent collaboration with executive leadership, clinical teams, researchers, technology partners, and external stakeholders.Domestic and international travel as required for strategic partnerships, conferences, technology evaluations, and business development activities.
