They are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / AI Manager to design, build, and deploy enterprise AI solutions that enable data-driven decision-making and improve business operations.This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives in a collaborative, high-impact environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, deploy, and maintain AI and machine learning solutions.Build and optimize ML models for production environments.Develop and maintain scalable data pipelines and feature engineering workflows.Monitor model performance, accuracy, and drift while continuously improving solutions.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver AI-driven products.Integrate AI models into enterprise applications and business processes.Ensure AI solutions comply with governance, security, and data privacy standards.Evaluate emerging AI technologies and contribute to AI platform and architecture decisions.Support the full AI lifecycle, from development through deployment and ongoing optimization.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.3-10 years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, or Software Engineering.Strong programming skills in Python.Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar AI frameworks.Experience deploying machine learning models into production environments.Knowledge of MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring.Experience with cloud-based AI platforms or enterprise AI infrastructure.Understanding of feature engineering, data pipelines, and software engineering best practices.Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, model explainability, and AI security principles is highly desirable.Professional certifications in AI, Machine Learning, Cloud, or MLOps are a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cross-functional teams.Passion for innovation and continuous learning.Ability to build scalable, reliable, and secure AI solutions.Why Apply?Work on impactful AI transformation initiatives.Collaborate with highly skilled technical teams.Exposure to enterprise-scale AI platforms and emerging technologies.Excellent opportunities for professional development and career growth.Competitive salary and benefits package.
