Let's get in touch.What You'll Be DoingImproving GPU utilisation and performance across large-scale workloadsEnsuring low-latency, high-throughput predictions in production environmentsDesigning, building, and maintaining scalable services that support the AI lifecycleBuilding the core infrastructure behind AutoDL, enabling automated training and deployment of ML modelsDeveloping infrastructure and APIs that integrate third-party services and grow with the businessImplementing and managing robust CI/CD pipelines to validate, deploy, and monitor a diverse range of modelsEstablishing the backbone for AI governance and reproducibilityDesigning systems for real-time inference on high-load ML use casesBuilding scalable pipelines for event-driven data (e.g., behavioural, transactional streams)What You'll NeedExperience with deep learning in production, including inference optimisation and working with transformer-based models or similar DL architecturesHands-on experience with GPU-heavy workloads (memory management, performance tuning for large-scale models)A degree in a STEM subject or equivalentA solid foundation in computer science principlesA track record of designing and operating scalable backend systems in production environmentsProficiency in Python as your primary language, with command of additional programming languagesExpertise in distributed systems and modern infrastructure practices, like containerisation and orchestrationBuilding a global financial super app isn’t enough.
