The role holder is responsible for data and analytics insights, artificial intelligence delivery to business owners as part of the Company’s AI Center of Excellence. The job holder is expected to drive significant impact and value through data and analytics within the business by identifying net new opportunities for impact, managing a diverse portfolio of analytics projects, leading high-profile initiatives, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to ensure awareness, agreement, alignment and commitment.If you are ready to embark on a dynamic journey where your talents are valued, and your contributions make a real impact, we would like to hear from you.Key Accountabilities: AI & analytics delivery: Manage delivery of AI/Data Science projects with business partners. Build appropriate machine learning models to deliver business outcomes. Drive topline or bottom-line impact through advanced analytics. Roll out AI strategy workstreams including tech development and implementation. New opportunities in partnership with business verticals:Build deep understanding of functional areas (e.g., Ops, Marketing, Finance) to identify new opportunities for optimising ROI. Develop AI use cases for customer growth or operational efficiency. Jointly own KPIs and performance metrics with business stakeholders. Work closely and collaborate with product managers for use case delivery. Ensure delivery within scope, budget, and schedule.Agile delivery & team collaboration:Promote agile methodologies and iterative development. Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and commitment. Who we are looking for:8+ years of experience and 2+ years of line management.Education/Professional Certification: Minimum requirementsBachelor’s Degree in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, Science, Data Science/ AI) Advanced degrees preferred. Technical Competencies: Experience in the following databases: MySQL, Microsoft, Palantir Foundry etc. Experience in implementing AI solutions including OCR, Large Language Models, etc. Experience with LLM, GenAI, machine learning, predictive modelling/ algorithms etc. Proficiency in Python, SQL, PL/SQL, Spark and similar languages Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Experience working in a tech/ product environment is a plus Behavioural Competencies:High-energy, ownership-driven mindset Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving clarity Experience in agile/start-up environments preferred Successful track record of leading complex projects is a plus As much as we would be delighted to entertain all applicants, due to the high volumes of applications, only successful applicants will be contacted within 14 business days.This job description is not all inclusive.
