Senior Machine Learning Engineer (MLOps & LLMs) — Abu Dhabi or DubaiI'm partnering with a fast-growing AI company in the UAE that's building enterprise-grade products on top of frontier large language models. They're scaling their engineering team this year and looking for a senior ML engineer who wants to take cutting-edge AI from research into real production systems.This is a hands-on role for someone who has built and shipped LLM-powered applications, not just trained models in a notebook.What you'll be doing:Developing, fine-tuning, and deploying ML models that power live AI productsWorking with LLMs and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) on real business problemsBuilding and maintaining robust data preprocessing pipelinesMonitoring and continuously improving models against real-world performancePartnering with stakeholders to turn business challenges into ML solutionsWhat you'll bring:Master's or PhD in AI, Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or similar5+ years in ML, Data Science, RL or a related fieldHands-on experience with LLMs and parameter-efficient fine-tuning (LoRA, QLoRA)Strong Python. Competitive coding background a plus (Kaggle, ACM/ICPC, TopCoder)Experience deploying LLM apps with FastAPI/Flask, plus Streamlit for front endsSolid grasp of REST, HTTP methods, websockets, API lifecycleML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit-learn) and LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndexSQL/NoSQL (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis) and vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector)Relocation supported for the right candidate.
